Kozmic Blues is not just a band that plays in bars and taverns. On September 22, 2006, Kozmic Blues was the opening act of a Mountain concert at the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg, PA.

On July 14, 2005, and September 10, 2005, Kozmic Blues’ lead vocalist, Lauren Bernal, sang the songs of Janis Joplin at concerts in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area; performing with a different band.

On August 27, 1999, a previous incarnation of Kozmic Blues, featuring Lauren Bernal as lead vocalist, was the headlining act of a concert at the Lane Theater in New York City.
